By accepting the Terms and/or Privacy Policy or by accessing the Services, you expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data and Usage Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your Account Information. When registering for a User account or as you access or use the Services, Clients and Users provide information including your name, email address, location and password (encrypted). When a Client provides a credit/debit card, payment method or banking information through the Client account or an Administrator, these payment details will be shared with our third-party payment processor(s). We do not store credit/debit card, payment method or banking information on our servers. If the Client modifies which Administrator account provides payment for the Services, we will require that Personal Data to be updated for your continued access to the Services.
Non-personal information, that does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity or directly relate to an identifiable individual, such as demographic information, or statistical or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from Personal Data. For example, we may aggregate Personal Data to calculate the percentage of Users accessing a specific feature or Services.
Technical information, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), clickstream to, through and from our Services (including date and time), page response times, download errors, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, or any phone number used to call our customer service number.

Promotional Offers from the Company. If you have opted in to receive certain emails from us but no longer wish to have your email address or other contact information used by us to promote products or services, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your Personal Data or by sending us an email stating your request to info@perspektivai.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link we have included in the email.

Perspektiv AI may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The use of Personal Data and Usage Data we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the Personal Data or Usage Data is used.
